I'm a former collegiate and pro athlete who specializes in functional speed and performance training. I give athlete's safe and effective programs that enhance their performance in their respective sport. My specialties include speed technique training and sports specific positional training.
I live by a motto called "Good Ground over Good Sound" because I believe that its more important to build a sense of connection between athletes and their awareness of movement then to give false hope while working out. This is why I am very detailed with my approach to performance training as I use unorthodox methods to enhance the athlete's game. My goal is to connect the athlete's brain with their bodies in a way that builds their confidence and allows them to control how they move during competition.
